Since September 2023, I have served as President of the Rye High School Chemistry Club, which includes over 50 members and a passionate advisor. We hold weekly meetings at community lunch with engaging activities such as taste tests and making silver bottles. Additionally, we organize various outreach programs to educate children and local communities about chemistry.
Here is a video clip where I was invited to represent the Chemistry club at the RyeACT Symposium of Student Activities.
As member of team 1 of the Rye High School National Science Bowl, I specialize in the Math and Physics sections in the Science Bowl competition. Our team placed top 10 in New York City and its 46 surrounding counties in 2024. After a day of intense competition, our team members enjoyed a good dinner together.
I am also a member of the Rye High School Chemistry Olympiad team. We competed in the Westchester County Environthon 2023, winning the "Forestry" category.
I created an informational website to help raise awareness about the plastic pollution in our city, Rye, NY.
